RedPulse Lite does not create user accounts. RedPulse Lite does not operate servers that collect or store your personal information. RedPulse Lite does not sell, rent, trade, or monetize your personal data. Most information remains on your own device unless you intentionally choose to share it using the App’s emergency features.
Location data is used only to assist emergency communication features.
In the Lite version of RedPulse, location updates occur while the application is open and active. The App does not perform continuous background location tracking. If the application is minimized, closed, or suspended by the operating system, location updates may pause until the App is reopened. Future versions may introduce optional background tracking capabilities. If implemented, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.
Silent Alarm is the primary emergency feature of RedPulse Lite.
When activated, a countdown begins. If the countdown reaches zero without cancellation, the App automatically sends an emergency alert to the emergency contact configured by the user.
The alert contains the device’s available location at the time the message is sent.
If the user moves to a different location after the alert has been delivered, the recipient will continue to see only the location contained in that alert.
To provide an updated location after moving, the user must activate Silent Alarm again or manually share the new location using the App’s available features.

RedPulse Lite is designed as an emergency assistance tool. It is not a replacement for police, firefighters, ambulance services, or any official emergency response agency. In any situation involving immediate danger, serious injury, or a threat to life, users should contact emergency services (such as 911 or the appropriate emergency number in their country) as soon as it is safe to do so.
RedPulse Lite may interact with services provided by your device manufacturer or operating system, including:

RedPulse Lite is not specifically intended for children under the age of 13. The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Reasonable technical measures are used to help protect information processed by the App. However, no software application or electronic communication can guarantee absolute security.
RedPulse Lite represents the current feature set of the application.
Future editions may include additional optional safety features such as enhanced background monitoring, continuous location tracking, expanded emergency communication tools, and other improvements. Any future changes affecting user privacy will be reflected in updated versions of this Privacy Policy.
RedPulse Lite is intended to assist users during emergencies but cannot guarantee successful communication under all circumstances.
GPS signal availability, network coverage, Internet connectivity, battery level, hardware limitations, operating system behavior, or other conditions beyond the control of EVM Studio Design may affect the performance of the App.
By using RedPulse Lite, you acknowledge these operational limitations and understand that the App should be used as an additional emergency assistance tool and never as the sole means of obtaining emergency assistance.
